With the Arpeggiator selected, go to the wrap plugin configuration (the gear icon). Open an arpeggiator or a synthetizer with an internal arpeggiator from what you want to extract the MIDI notes. In the File Tab slect in External Tools the LoopMIDI executable, so everytime FL Launchs, also that thingie. In General Settings Tab uncheck "Autoselect Linked Modules". Enable the Input but DON'T enable any port. Select Loop Midi and set it to Port 0 in the Output. Open FL and hit F10 to open de MIDI settings.
